I had the privilege to complete a course on HR & Technology with Mr. Anson Mathews as our faculty. Since the beginning he had won all our hearts and approval with his extremely efficient teaching methods. I can barely remember a session which was the conventional power point lecture being delivered to students who may or may not be listening. Anson sir always knew if even one student was losing focus or attention in class and would quickly mould the session in such a way that he captures our attention. Be it class under the trees, doing role plays or lecture in a coffee shop, sir would always come up with something new. He would ensure that every student was on board and was able to understand the concepts, even if it meant repeating the whole lecture all over again for the benefit of just one student. Even after the course was over, he kept in touch with us after we left Dubai and were back in India. He went out of his way to accommodate us and coach us for our placement interviews. Even with his busy schedule, he had methodically created a plan as to how we should go about our preparations and what are the areas we need to concentrate on. He interacted with us as a group over multiple video conference sessions and also conducted individual sessions with each of us. He helped us understand what different interview questions meant and how they should be approached. He coached us so that each of were able to articulate answers on our own from our background and experiences e and then helped us refine it further and crack our interviews! The sheer hard work and dedication sir puts into for every role or task that he takes up is truly inspiring. I thank you for everything sir and I sincerely hope to learn more from you.
